A shuttle service will be available throughout the day for players, coaches and families to use between the hotel to Houston Squash Club and back. This is free of charge to everyone.
Note that if there are more people waiting for bus than there are spces, priority MUST be given to the players and coaches.

All teams must formally register for the tournament on July 11 at the tournament desk at Houston Squash Club. There, they can pick up their accrediation for players and coaches and a limited number of guests,
ALL Players and coaches must wear their accreditation, or be able to show their accreditation at all times. This is their pass to the club and gives them priority for transportation.
All teams receive 2 Guest accreditation passes which can be given out to members of their delegation. This gives those people free access to the club.
Registration Checks
The tournament staff will check every player at registration to ensure
- they have submitted passports for age verification,
- they have passed the WSO Player certification
- are wearing certified eyewear
Please make sure to submit this information ahead of time to make the registration process efficient.
Coaches must have completed their Safeguarding declaration which they should also submit ahead of time.
OPENING CEREMONY
The opening ceremony will start at 5:00pm at the Houston Squash Club on July 11
Teams and coaches should wear their team uniform and gather at courts GC1, 2 or 3 by 4:30pm on July 11. Guests can make their way to the bleachers by the main glass court.
Each team will be invited to come to the glass court , where they will have a team photo taken. The captains will represent their team on court with all other players making their way to the side bleachers with their flag. Coaches can sit behind the players bleachers.
Remarks will be given by the Mayor of Houston, a representative from the Houston Sports Commission. They will be joined on court by the WSF CEO, and the main event sponsors, Cotide and Champion Fiber Glass.
